Riisa Fayln is a female sky pirate who is apart of the Pirate crew PLAGUE, run by Cyril Kailos. She is neutral when it comes to loyalty, but she has a soft spot for The Order of Nightfall because she was friends with Shiki when they were children. She helps them out several times throughout the series, making regular appearances and is considered a hero in Insei's eyes.
